These terms govern your use of the Jewelship website and your purchases from us. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.

We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. Because each piece is made from natural materials and finished by hand, small variations in colour, weight, dimensions and stone appearance are normal, and screens display colour differently. Weights and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices of precious-metal jewellery can change, and we may update prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment must be made in full using one of the methods offered at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because a product is unavailable, we cannot verify your details or we suspect fraud, and if we do we will refund any payment you have made.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, and ownership passes when we have received full payment. Please read our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Our returns policy, including which items cannot be returned, is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms. Personalised and made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless faulty. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for the period stated on that page and does not cover accidental damage, loss or ordinary wear.

You agree not to misuse the website: no unlawful activity, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no interference with its operation and no automated copying of its content.

The designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Jewelship or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
