Shipping & Returns

Items marked ready to ship are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your order being confirmed. Items marked made to order are crafted for you and are dispatched within 10 to 15 business days. Personalised or engraved pieces may take a little longer, and we will tell you if that is the case. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

We deliver across India. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Every parcel is insured and tracked, and you will receive a tracking link by email. A signature or identity check may be required on delivery, so please make sure someone is available to receive it.

Shipping is free on orders above the value shown at checkout. For smaller orders, the shipping charge is displayed before you pay. There are no hidden charges: the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Please check your address and phone number before you place your order. If you need to change them, write to us as soon as possible; we can update the address only until the order has been dispatched.

If you are not completely happy, you may return an item within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted, the item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates and invoices. To start a return, write to us with your order number and we will arrange a pickup or tell you where to send the parcel.

Personalised, engraved and made-to-measure pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Items showing signs of wear, resizing or alteration cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the refund by email. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. Orders paid on delivery are refunded by bank transfer; we will ask for the details we need.

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
